Protein Balls

My Heaven’s Saints Prayer sisters are always looking for yummy ways to be healthy especially since we have a bit of a sweet tooth.  A simple snack for the little ones as well.  The recipe calls for mini chips in them however I went with dark chocolate and had to of course dip some in melted chocolate too.

Ingredients consist of 1 1/2 cups no stir creamy peanut butter (basically a 16.3 oz jar), 1/2 cup honey, 1 1/2 Old fashioned oats (rolled oats), 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips.

Just mix chill and then roll balls placing on parchment and storing in fridge.  If you are going to dip I would suggest after rolling and before dipping plop them in the freezer for a smidge.
